Free Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Trial Begins Today, Just in Time for Battlefield 6!

Hey, if you’re getting ready to play some shooters this week, Activision just made it super easy to do so a bit early. You can now try Call of Duty Black Ops 6 for free from today, October 9th through to the 16th at no cost. That’s a whole week to really get into the experience, and it starts just as Battlefield 6 debuts in stores on the 10th.

Half the exciting things never reach you, Mr. Trialist Gainer The trial provides you just about everything. Wade through the entire campaign story, dip in and out of multiplayer across over 40 maps or master all six Zombies arenas. You’ll also be able to join the Halloween event The Haunting, with themed challenges; ranked play remains locked for the moment. It’s a savvy way to test the waters before going all-in, particularly with Battlefield 6 on the horizon as The Big Rival.

On top of that, Season 6 for Black Ops 6 and Warzone drops today as well, almost perfectly in time for the spooks. Look for nods to classics from Friday the 13th to Child’s Play to Predator, as well as new content with which their creators hope to keep things fresh and terrifying.
